Our program is not only for older adults but for anyone over the age of 21.
Being a member of Grand Mere’s qualifies you for special discounts and pricing. Furthermore, it also affords you access to our medical and licensed providers.
Yes individuals who wander are welcomed to our program. We have safety measures in place that will ensure that they do not leave the premises without someone’s knowledge. However, we do not admit individuals who exhibit physical violence.
We will travel up to 15 mile radius from our club.
We do offer overnight respite 7 days per week. We ask that a reservation be made at least 24 hours prior to your desired check in date. Please give us a call for our rates (877) 719-0826.

Grand Mere’s accepts Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you have another type of insurance, please call us at our toll free number (877) 719-0826 so we can discuss your insurance type and research your plan benefits.
A person centers plan is a plan that outlines goals and objectives that are specific to the needs and desires of our member. This plan will be developed with the assistance of the family, guardian, and Grand Mere’s staff. This plan will provide the template for the type and amount of care that will be given to the member during their visits to Grand Mere’s.
We believe in offering choices to our members. At any time, there is generally more than one activity occurring at the same time.
We will not transport members to doctors who will not come onsite. We do have physicians who will make onsite doctors visits. In receiving services from these physicians, you would need to contact your health insurance provider to select them as your primary care provider. Any charges and fees not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the insured.
